Jan 10 - Jan 16 Part-time MBA students who drop any course(s) in this timeframe (even if replaced with another course or courses) will be assessed 10% of the tuition fee for the dropped course(s)

16 Final day for late registration and for adding winter term 2009 courses
16 Final day to withdraw from the program at 10 percent tuition charge
Jan 17 - Mar 6 If you withdraw from a course (or courses) (part-time MBA students) or from your graduate program (all graduate students) during this time period, you are responsible for 55% tuition
30 Final day for submitting final (post-defence) copies of dissertation/thesis/research paper to Graduate Studies Office to receive full refund of winter term fees

6 Final day for submitting final (post-defence) copies of dissertation/thesis/research paper to Graduate Studies Office to receive partial refund (45 percent) of winter term tuition fee
6 Final day for withdrawing without failure from winter term courses and for possible tuition adjustment (tuition charge assessed at 55 percent)
7 From this date until the end of classes this term, if you withdraw from your program, you will receive academic penalty (failure) and are responsible for 100 percent tuition

3 Last day of classes for qualifying year (undergraduate) students
Apr 8 - Apr 29 Final fall/winter session and winter term examinations for qualifying year (undergraduate) students (qualifying-year students are advised not to make commitment during this time (i.e., vacation)).
