| 21 | Application deadline for students requiring "Application for Admission" for part-time studies for summer session. |

| 8 | Registrations in online learning courses received after this date will not be guaranteed for delivery of materials prior to the beginning of the term. |
| Jun 11 - Jun 15 | Spring convocation (all ceremonies at Waterloo Campus) |
| 12 | Late registration charge (including Online Learning - formerly distance education). Avoid this charge by selecting courses prior to this date. |
| Jun 19 - Jun 20 | Spring convocation (all ceremonies at Brantford Campus) |

| Jul 9 - Jul 11 | If you drop/withdraw during this time period, no tuition charged |

| 10 | Last day to add classroom courses |
| 10 | Last day to add online learning courses |
| 11 | Last day to drop summer session course(s) but remain registered with no tuition charge |
| Jul 12 - Jul 15 | If you drop/withdraw from course(s) during this time period, you are responsible for 10% tuition (assessed at 10% of the course rate, refer to the Schedule of Tuition Charges for Cancellation/Drop/Withdrawal and/or Fees) |
| 15 | Last day to drop summer session course(s) or withdraw at 10 percent tuition charge (tuition charge assessed at 10% of course rate) |
| Jul 16 - Aug 3 | If you drop/withdraw from course(s) during this time, you are responsible for 55% tuition (assessed at 55% of the course rate, refer to the Schedule of Tuition Charges for Cancellation/Drop/Withdrawal and/or Fees) |
| August, 2012 |

| 3 | Last day to drop summer session course(s) or withdraw without failure and for possible tuition adjustment (tuition charge assessed at 55% of course rate)

| 4 | From this day until the last day of classes in this term, if you drop a summer session course or withdraw, you will receive academic penalty (failure) and are responsible for 100 percent tuition |
| 6 | Civic holiday, university-observed holiday |
