1 All returning students can begin to select courses for Spring, using LORIS, until the deadline date to register
 
March, 2012
13 Applicaton deadline for students requiring "Application for Admission" for part-time studies for spring term.
13 Late registration charge (including Online Learning). Avoid this charge by selecting courses prior to this date.
 
April, 2012
6 Good Friday, university-observed holiday
9 Online Learning course materials available for pick-up for courses beginning in spring.
13 Registrations in online learning courses received after this date will not be guaranteed for delivery of materials prior to the beginning of the term. 
26 Tuition fees due for courses beginning in spring
30 Centre for Online Learning is closed for year-end inventory. University remains open.

May 7 - May 13 If you drop/withdraw from 12-week courses during this time period, no tuition charged
13 Last day to drop 12-week course(s) but remain registered with no tuition charge (students must remain registered in at least one course)
May 14 - May 20 If you drop/withdraw from course(s) during this time period, you are responsible for 10% tuition (assessed at 10% of the course rate, refer to the Schedule of Tuition Charges for Cancellation/Drop/Withdrawal and/or Fees
20 Last day to add classroom courses.
20 Last day to add for spring term online learning course(s)
20 Last day to drop 12-week spring term course(s) or withdraw at 10 percent tuition charge (tuition charge assessed at 10% of course rate)
May 21 - Jul 2 If you drop/withdraw from 12-week course(s) during this time period, you are responsible for 55% tuition (assessed at the course rate), refer to the Schedule of Tuition Charges for Cancellation/Drop/Withdrawal and/or Fees)
21 Victoria Day, university-observed holiday, no spring term classes

2 Canada Day, university-observed holiday
2 Last day to drop 12-week spring term course(s) or withdraw without failure and for possible tuition adjustment (tuition charge assessed at 55% of course rate)
3 From this day until the last day of lectures in this term, if you drop a 12-week course or withdraw, you will receive academic penalty (failure) and are responsible for 100 percent tuition

Aug 3 - Aug 16 Final examinations - Students are advised not to make travel commitments during this time. There are no examinations scheduled on the Civic Holiday weekend)
