31 Online Learning courses - last day to submit a term form requesting required materials for registered courses to be shipped at no charge. Shipping charges apply after this date.

1 Application to Graduate form and fee due for Fall Convocation without penalty. See Miscellaneous Fees in the Financial Services chapter of the Undergraduate Calendar
Aug 2 - Oct 1 Late penalty fee applies on Application to Graduate forms received for Fall Convocation. See Miscellaneous Feesin the Financial Services chapter in the Undergraduate Calendar
7 Registrations for online learning courses received after this date will not be guaranteed for delivery of materials prior to the beginning of the term.
10 Online Learning course materials available for pick-up for courses beginning in fall

13 Last day for complete cancellation of fall and fall/winter course registration with no charge
14 Fall term and full-year lectures begin
20 Last day to drop 12-week and full-year courses, but remain registered with no tuition charge (students must remain registered in at least one course)
25 Last day to return fall and full-year course online learning textbooks for refund
27 If you drop/withdraw from 12-week course(s) during this time period, you are responsible for 10% tuition (assessed at 10% of the course rate, refer to the Schedule of Tuition Charges for Cancellation/Drop/Withdrawal and/or Fees in the Undergraduate Calendar)
27 Last day to add 12-week and full-year courses
27 Last day to add onilne learning courses and submit an online learning term form (pick-up of materials at the Waterloo campus only)
27 Late day to drop 12-week and full-year course(s) or withdraw at 10 percent tuition charge (tuition charge assessed at 10% of course rate)

9 Late day to drop course(s) or withdraw from 12-week course(s) without failure and for possible tuition adjustment (tuition charge assesed at 55% of course rate)
10 From this date until the end of classes in this term, if your drop a 12-week fall term course that began September 14, or withdraw, you will receive academic penalty (failure) and are responsible for 100 percent tuition
