17 Application deadline for students requiring "Application for Admission" for part-time studies for intersession. Distance education students are encouraged to register early. Eligible registrations received after this date will not be guaranteed for delivery of materials prior to the beginning of the term. Courses may also be cancelled or closed
17 Early registration discount ends for Intersession (including distance education)
17Final day for students outside of Canada to register for intersession distance education course(s) and submit a distance education form to have materials shipped (including shipping to Laurier Brantford Bookstore)
24Final day for students within Canada to register for intersession distance education course(s) and submit a distance education form to have materials shipped (including shipping to Laurier Brantford Bookstore)

2Final day for students to register for intersession distance education course(s) and submit a distance education form (pick-up of distance education materials at the Waterloo campus only)
2Final day to add intersession classroom course(s)
3Final day to drop intersession course(s) but remain registered with no tuition charge
5 Final day to drop intersession course(s) or withdraw at 10 percent tuition charge (tuition charge assessed at 10% of course rate)
12Final day to return intersession distance education textbooks for refund
22Victoria Day, university-observed holiday, no intersession classes
29 Final day to drop intersession course(s) or withdraw without failure and for possible tuition adjustment (tuition charge assessed at 55% of course rate)
30From this day until the last day of classes in this term, if you drop a six-week intersession course or withdraw, you will receive academic penalty (failure) and are responsible for 100 percent tuition
