15 Late registration charge (including Online Learning - formerly distance education). Avoid this charge by selecting courses prior to this date

1 Online learning materials available for pick-up for courses beginning in winter.
3 Registrations in online learning courses received after this date will not be guaranteed for delivery of materials prior to the beginning of the term.

Jan 18 - Mar 7 If you drop/withdraw from 12-week course(s) during this time period, you are responsible for 55% tuition (assessed at 55% of the course rate, refer to the Schedule of Tuition Charges for Cancellation/Drop/Withdrawal and/or Fees)
31 Last day to drop first 6-week course(s) which began January 4 without failure and for possible  tuition adjustment (tuition charge assessed at 55% of course rate)

3 Last day to drop second 6-week course(s) which began February 15 at 10 percent tuition charge (tuition charge assessed at 10% of course rate)
Mar 4 - Mar 21 If you drop/withdraw from 6-week course(s) during this time period, you are responsible for 55% tuition (assessed at 55% of the course rate, refer to the Schedule of Tuition Charges for Cancellation/Drop/Withdrawal and/or Fees)

25 Last day to return online learning videotapes, video CDRoms and DVDs for refund
28 Last day to declare an honours specialization or make a program change
28 Winter term ends
29 Co-op work term ends
30 Centre for Online Learning closed for year-end inventory. University remains open
