Ethnobotany: Plants and Culture

A survey of ethnobotany from a general botanical and anthropological perspective considering primarily the cross-cultural influence of plants in human societies, both past and present. Emphasis will be placed on exploring the diversity of human views and relationships with plants in different cultures throughout history.
