Advanced Topics in Computational Genomics

A lecture, seminar, and literature review course in which advances in computational genomics will be reviewed, with a focus on biological discovery through computer analysis. The relationship between genomic structure and function at various levels of biological organization (molecular, cellular, organismal) will be emphasized.
