The Psychology of Injury Rehabilitation in Sport and Physical Activity

A psychological examination of injuries sustained through participation in sport and physical activity and the subsequent rehabilitation, taking a multidimensional approach that includes psycho-social, cognitive, and behavioural components. Special attention will be given to a team approach to the psychological rehabilitation of injured people including kinesiologists, physicians, athletic therapists, physical therapists, occupational therapists, recreational therapists, chiropractors, coaches, sport psychology consultants, and athletes.
