Biblical Hebrew Grammar

Fundamentals of Biblical Hebrew: the Square Script alphabet, Tiberian pointing and classical pronunciation, grammar of Biblical narrative, and acquisition of a basic vocabulary and rudimentary reading skills. Students will learn to interpret and analyse simple selections of Biblical Hebrew but are advised that achieving a minimal general reading competence requires successful completion of NE222 as well.
