People at Laurier

Hamid Noori, School of Business & Economics As Laurier Chair in Enterprise Integration and Technology Management, Hamid Noori is researching the dispersed manufacturing network (DMN) being created in Pearl River Delta in southern China. The region hosts a largely light manufacturing sector that individually would seem uncompetitive in a global market. However, with appropriate technological and networking structure, Noori thinks these companies will be able to compete with multinational corporations.
