Greg Irving studies issues related to met expectations, employee attitudes and employee socialization. His research has been supported by the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada. Irving has also served two terms as the president of the Administrative Sciences Association of Canada and one term as the editor-in-chief of the Canadian Journal of Behavioural Science.
