A Tier II Canada Research Chair in Social Psychology, Anne Wilson spealializes in people's representations of the self over time, and how these perceptions influence well-being, motivation, goal-pursuit and decision making. Her research will identify strategies that can help people stay focused on career goals and long term academics, make healthier lifestyle choices (e.g., eating, exercising), make environmentally responsible decisions, and have satisfying personal relationships.
