Lisa Keeping, School of Business & Economics Lisa Keeping is the undergraduate business programs director in the School of Business & Economics. Her research examines the process and outcomes of performance evaluations from the perspectives of managers conducting the evaluations and employees being evaluated. Her research has received numerous accolades including a grant from the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada and a Best Paper award from the journal Leadership Quarterly.
