Laurie Barclay, OB/HRM Most people have experienced unfairness at work. As a recipient of the Ontario Early Researcher Award, Laurie Barclay has been developing interventions that can enhance fairness in the workplace and help people recover from unfair workplace events. Her work is supported by grants from the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada.
